Penzance Folk Club - Gallery

George has moved around throughout his working life, but has always found an acoustic club or venue to play, solo or as a member of a group. He started on the London folk circuit, moved to Kent, followed by four years in Zimbabwe, then Derbyshire. In 2010 he moved to Cornwall and found the Tolcarne session and the Folk Club. Shortly after, he and Annie formed the duo Cellar D’Or, with interesting arrangements and striking harmonies of both period and modern material, and George became a member of the popular new harmony group Baldrick’s Plan.
